SHIPPING POLICY

We are located in Northern Ontario and we ship Canada wide! Shipping costs are not under our control and we are following Canada Post Office pricing.

You may choose between Standard Shipping which is 1 - 2 week wait or Expedited Shipping which is usually around 3 - 5 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As we are dealing with pet treats, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons.
